"Here comes Eda Zari, back from her adventures in the corporate Jazz-Pop & world beat, to restate her individual crusade for Albanian traditional music with her multiculty band, and her great music from new album "Statement".

For all the audience at "The Red Hall" in Prishtina (the capital city of Kosovo) and the 5, 6 milions albanians and fans of the albanian music that followed this concert via satelit all over the world (RTK TV: Radio-TV-Kosovo), Zari´s concert will be so unforgettable, doubtless the biggest surprise that they ever experienced since long time ago. On stage Zari emanates charm and charisma in equal parts. With her strong but sensual voice, she has all the necessary prerequisites for a truly stellar career.

Zari´s music is truly intoxicating and such a magnificent music. One still don't come anywhere close to describing how breathtaking this woman and this great group plays. Hearing them live, and the nearest description one can give is like being in a east european rhythmic earthquake and after it the voice and the music takes one to a very mystic music world. Eda Zari and her band plays on the edge of the believable and is probably what the angels & the devils listens to, when throwing a "party" .What a fantastic opening. Eda and her great international musicians has invested so much energy and imagination into finding different ways of presenting the tradition to a new generation, her role as a ambassador of the albanian culture in the world and as champion of Albanian song has often overshadowed her credentials as a performer of it."
